結構原理
該機由兩臺磨粉主機、旋風收集機構、篩分等組成。主機由機架、主電機、無極變速電機、送料機構、調節機構及一對動磨盤和定磨盤等。其基本原理為通過兩盤的相對運動，將物料剪切、碾磨而達到粉碎之目的。采用風、水冷卻有效的控制粉碎溫度，確保被粉物料之物性。送料機構選用無極變速，可根據不同的物料，調節相應的進料速度，從而達到*的產品要求。該機結構緊湊、噪音低，產量高、能耗低、操作簡單、拆裝方便、無任何環境污染，所得粉體細度均勻等優點。
