| ①Stream feeder： Suction head with maintenance free rotary valve requires nolubrcant or oil. The feeder can be adjusted while running． Double sheet detector. ②Sheet cleanlng unit Adopting indirect removal of spray powder and substrate dust bycalendering the surface with a heated Cyllnder brushes. The rollers pressure achieved by a hydraulic system,with adjustable and visible on a gauge to easily op- erate rollers． Two sriven bmshes with blowers to clean printing powder. Indeoendent modular unit design enables add-on optlonal equipment． ③BaSe coating unit Consists of three-roller system：one rubber applicatiOn roller，one chrome-plated metering rolller and one counter pressure roller. Adjustable friction between all fOur rollers for smooth lacquer applicatlon． One-sided adjustor with pressure indicator for easy adiustment． Working of vamishes with range of viscosities． ④I.R.Drying conveyor Equip-ped with mid-wave I.R.quartz lamp，prompt heating up without reflec- Suctlon table with vacuum belt. Air fan Cooling system． ⑤UV coating unit Consist of one appilcation roller & one chromed pressure roller for coating． Two metering rollers with independent speed control to achieve various levels of coating thickness． By varying the speed of metering rollers,optimal coating effect such as glossiness & smoothness can Variable speed control for the metering roller permits adjustment to accommodate lower coating weight． Two pneumatic doctor knives to clean out the surface of pressure roller,and provme uncontamlnated sheet.
