【簡單介紹】

該機是采用當前環保節能新技術研制的新型復膜機，主要針對開窗式包裝盒之復膜，也可對印刷品全幅復膜。該機使用水溶性環保膠水，以BOPP薄膜為材料，紙品經涂膠復膜后具有粘合性好，透明度高，能溶解印刷品表面噴粉，不出現雪花點，使紙品表面光亮、美觀，具有防濕、防污功能。

　　The machine uses aquo-solvable environmental protective glue and BOPP film．The product after being compounded and pressed，has the merits of high degree of transpn-bubble etc．and is equipped with an imported transverter,self-cutting and a quick finishes rolling-up and pushing-out processing system．stable in performance， high peed and energy-saving．

■ 結構特點：

1、	機器采用鋼鐵結構，使用壽命長、無變形。
2、	采用浸入涂布方式，可使涂面更加均勻并節省膠水，上膠涂布輥不易結皮、結凍、清洗方便、結構更合理、操作更簡易。
3、	采用四輥雙重壓合可使產品質量穩定、可靠，更加適應厚薄紙復膜。
4、	隨機配5套成品收鄭推車裝置，使產品有足夠固化。
5、	機器使用電源為單相220V，采用日本松下變頻器，使用穩定*，控制電器選用進口元件。
6、	設有自動穿孔裝置，能有效提高生產效率。
