五層瓦楞紙板生產線適合大批量自動化生產。生產出的紙板符合國家標準，生產效率高，紙板質量好，采取集中控制，操作簡便，維修方便，安全可靠，大大降低了工人勞動強度。該生產線采用目前節能方式，用高溫導熱油給整機提供熱源，比其他加熱方式節約能源40%以上，大大降低了能耗，有效的壓縮了生產成本，是當今經濟型的理想產品，適合大中型紙箱廠使用。 一、整機總長度40-55米。
二、整機總動力約55kw。
三、有軸支架、無軸支架兩種，供客戶選擇。
四、瓦裱機：瓦楞輥直徑240mm-320mm，采用電磁調速電機。
五、二次涂膠機：調整方便，涂膠均勻。
六、烘干機：總長度7.8米，由9-13塊加熱板組成。
七、定型部分：由若干對成型軸組成，總長度約3.8-5米。
八、縱、橫切機：根據用戶要求可選裝超薄刀機和普通刀機兩種，自動化程度高，操作簡便。
九、鍋爐屬無壓節能型，燃煤能耗約50kg/小時。本機升溫從0℃至開機溫度不超過1小時，油料基本沒有消耗。

8. Horizontal,Lengthuays slicing marchine: Common knife or superthin knife selected based on customer’s demand,high automatiealy, handy operating.

功能與特點：
● 材料選用優質鉻鉬合金鋼。
● 瓦楞形狀為通用UV形經精心設計，縮紙率低，壓制出的紙板質量好， 強度高。
● 采用進口精密機床，*的成型磨削和電腦分度工藝，楞型尺寸精度符合 國家標準。
● 楞齒表面經中頻淬火處理，上瓦楞輥有中高，呈腰鼓形，使用壽命長。
