1、產品用途 Applications該設備是通過軟件控制，使用非接觸方式在產品上噴印條碼或字符標識，使產品具有良好的追溯性，提高企業(yè)產品的制程管理和質量管理。This equipment is toidentify with bar codes or characters onproducts in a non-contact manner bysoftware control. Products have good traceability and can improve company total process control and quality management.
2、電子和軟件Electric and software整機系統(tǒng)采用工控機控制，搭配運動控制卡驅動各軸運轉，噴碼機采用法國依瑪士高精度機型，軟件自主開發(fā)，軟件可二次開發(fā)升級，以化的方案提高設備性能，運動部分步進均采用進口私服馬達，運動模組采用品牌產品，噴印精度0.05毫米。This equipment is controlled by industrialcomputer with motioncontrol card. Home-made software is flexible and can beadjusted according to customers’ requirements. Servo motors for moving partsdriving sliding rails and lead screws are all worldwide brands with repeatpositioning accuracy of 0.05mm.
