應用范圍：
應用于日化、醫藥、食品及包裝等行業，對硬包裝或軟包裝物料實施平面貼標。可靈活連接自動流水線或單機使用。可加裝第二標頭實現雙標貼或重標貼。可加裝噴碼設備實現同步噴印生產日期及相關信息。可加裝在線檢測及剔除功能。可加裝條碼在線讀取及剔除功能。
工作原理：
將物品裝入輸送線上輸送到光電傳感區域，由步進電機控制的卷筒貼標紙得到訊號后自動送標，正確無誤的將自動剝離的標紙貼到物品身上。另一組光電傳感器及時的限制后一張標紙的送出。在連續不斷的進料過程中標紙逐張正確的貼到瓶身上，經過滾輪滾壓后，自動輸出，進入下一道工序，完成本次整個貼標工藝過程。

結構特征：
微電腦自動控制，界面友善的觸摸屏人機接口，精巧的機械結構，使操作簡單，功能強大；可實現標簽數量設定、下計數、印字控制、貼標控制、斷標、缺標、無色帶等異常情況自動檢測及報警等功能；隨機產能顯示及標簽數量管理；標簽松緊調節；標簽長度及間隙；主機高度及前后位置調節；可選配色帶打碼機一臺；貼標及標簽檢測光電管感應度調節。整機采用優質T6鋁合金及SUS304不銹鋼制作，做工精良，符合GMP規范。
