601/UV機器基本簡介

601/uv全自動絲網印刷機用于在圓柱形或橢圓柱形容器表面上印刷各種圖案,印刷容器的材質可以是塑料、玻璃、陶瓷、金屬等。

TWS-101 Full-automatic Screen Printing Machine is used for printing various patterns on the surface of cylindrical or oval container, the printing materials may be used by plastics and glass and ceramics and metals etc.

本機的電氣控制系統由可編程控制器（ＰＬＣ）與*的觸摸屏（TOUCH SCREEN）組成。

The electric control system of this machine is made up of the Programmable Controller （PLC） and the advanced Touch-Screen （TOUCH SCREEN）.

機械傳動部分采用進口馬達與配套的減速箱構成。顯示操控組合為主體的全新控制系統，具有火焰表面處理，快慢速機械同步傳送系統、自動對位、無瓶不印等控制功能；能滿足各種形狀容器（如圓柱形、橢圓柱形）印刷。本機所具有的功能包括以下：

4.601/UV機器性能特點

　 光電檢測輸送帶停止功能可以減少進料時皮帶對容器之磨花。

The stop function of the photoelectric detecting conveyer belt can reduce the abrasion and scratch to the container from the belt while feeding.

　 自動火焰表面處理裝置用于改變容器表面之組織結構，確保印刷油墨牢固附著于印刷上。
Automatic flame surface treat device is used for changing the framework of container surface to ensure the printing-ink is firmly adhered on the printing.

　 無瓶不印刷功能可以保證機器高速印刷之連續性，圓瓶二次定位印刷裝置和扁瓶脫模管位均可保證套色印刷的準確性。

The function of non-engraving printing without bottle which can guarantee the printing continuity of the machine with high-speed, both the engraving printing device with second orientation of the round bottle and the flat bottle release tube position can ensure the veracity of chromatical printing.

 本機以機械和氣動傳動為主，配合PLC控制，速度高達3800PCS/H，同時機器傳瓶采用通用管位，轉換方便快捷。

This machine mains on the machinery and pneumatic transmission, which cooperated with PLC to control, the speed is up to 3800PCS/H, meanwhile, the common tube position is adopted while the machine passes the bottle.

　 進口懸掛式英國紫外線固化系統，紫外光強度可以高、中、低三檔調節，可任意調速配合,使之固化效果特好。
